From November 2 to 3, Researcher Ge Xianping, Party Secretary of FFRC, Chief Scientist of the National Conventional Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System, Associate Researcher Miao Linghong, and Dr. Lin Yan went to Nanchang to participate in the task promotion meeting of Ji’an Integrated Test Station, which was newly added to the National Conventional Freshwater Fish Industry Technology System during the “14th Five-Year”.
At the meeting, Director Zhang Jinbao, Bureau of Fishery and Fishery Administration of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, extended a warm welcome to researcher Ge Xianping and gave a detailed introduction to the cultivation of conventional freshwater fish in Jiangxi Province. Researcher Ge Xianping introduced the development of the system since its establishment, and made arrangements for the overall work of Ji'an Integrated Test Station during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. Finally, the participants discussed and communicated on the introduction and cultivation of new varieties, the demonstration and promotion of new technologies and new models, and the problems and difficulties that may be encountered in the process of technology integration and demonstration.
After the meeting, the expert group went to Nanchang County and Taihe County, the demonstration counties of Ji'an Integrated Test Station, to conduct research and guidance.
